This high spec new build is located in Brooklyn, Wellington and takes advantage of the sweeping views. We built it in a contemporary style and installed a modern kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms along with full insulation and double glazed windows. We also carefully analysed the site, which is located on a moderate slope, and built a secure foundation suitable for Wellington’s conditions.
